McSTREAMY.COM (02/28/2017) – A revised CNN poll indicates 57 percent of viewers reacted positively to United States President Donald J. Trump’s address to the Joint Session of Congress., and 7 in 10 feel more optimistic. The online poll was taken the night of the live, televised event in the chambers of the House of Representatives. President Trump pushed a number of buttons during the written speech that touched a number of issues. There were even some anticipated, emotional moments when invited audience members were referred to. All in all, it was a speech that resembled the type of mood hoped for by a number of Trump supporters and, judging by the response in the speech night polling, President Trump may have impressed some of those standing on the fence, in reaction to the words presented before the Senate and House representatives, and other invited guests. – McStreamy Newsbriefs
