McSTREAMY.COM – Model, sports commentator, and radio personality, LeeAnn Tweeden (center) is one of the latest women to accuse men of inappropriate past behavior. She this week alleged that U.S. Senator Al Franken (D-Minnesota) “forcibly kissed” her during rehearsal for a 2006 USO skit (right-top insert) that she and then-comedian Franken participated in three years before he was elected to the senate. Later, on a plane trip during the same USO tour to military units, Franken jokingly posed for a photo with sleeping Tweeden in military-type gear (bottom-right insert), showing him about to grope her breasts. Although he remembers the rehearsal kiss differently, Senator Franken apologized to Tweeden for the kiss and staged photo after she announced the entire incident caused her to feel uncomfortable. Tweeden has accepted the apology. Senate Majority Leader McConnel (R-Ky) has indicated there may be an ethics hearing. Tweeden says that’s not necessary. Franken says he will cooperate. – McStreamy NewsBriefs
