McSTREAMY.COM (07/01/2017) – Greta Van Susteren is leaving MSNBC after her move from Fox News 6 months ago. Network says her MSNBC show was lower rated than hoped. The network has been experiencing a climb in the ratings for several months, and has passed Fox News and CNN in several day parts from time to time in recent weeks. In addition to night time regulars, the network has added Nicole Wallace who has proved to be refreshing in her approach and astute understanding of the political stories of the day with her “Dateline: White House” show mid-afternoons. MSNBC was hoping for similar results during the later afternoon slot for Van Susteren, but, it didn’t work that way.
