McSTREAMY.COM (02/13/2017) – The 59th annual Grammy Awards television show on CBS-TV found viewers enjoying winner presentations and some outstanding live performances. There were some big award winners this year: Adele won 5 Grammy’s, including Album of The Year (25), and Song of The Year (Hello); the late David Bowie won 4 Grammy awards for his final offering (Blackstar); an Internet Artist, Chance the Rapper, was named Best New Artist; Stressed Out by 21 Pilots was declared Best Vocal Group Performance; Best Dance Recording went to Don’t Let Me Down by The Chainsmokers, featuring Daya; Best Rock Performance was won by Megadeath for Dystopia; Tell Me I’m Pretty by Cage the Elephant won Best Rock Album; Best R&B Performance went to Solange for Cranes In The Sky, while Angel by Lalah Hathaway was given an award for Best Traditional R&B Performance; and Beyonce’s Lemonade won in the Best Urban Contemporary Album category.
